Eine geschmeidige, feste und gut hydrierte Haut beginnt mit der richtigen Pflege. Die Haut trocknet schnell aus, das kann an verschiedenen Faktoren liegen: eine heiße Dusche oder gerade das kalte Wetter draußen. Um den Feuchtigkeitshaushalt der Haut auszugleichen, kannst du eine Bodylotion verwenden. Diese pflegt die Haut nicht nur, sie hinterlässt auch noch einen herrlichen Duft. Bodylotions gibt es für verschiedene Hauttypen, wähle eine Lotion, die zu den Bedürfnissen deiner Haut passt. Eine Bodylotion sorgt für weiche Haut, trockene Stellen verschwinden und die Haut strahlt.

Verwende die Bodylotion am besten jedes Mal nach dem Duschen, für das beste Ergebnis. Die Haut trocknet durch warmes Wasser und Seife schnell aus, außerdem sorgt das warme Wasser dafür, dass die natürliche Fettschicht der Haut verschwindet. Trage deshalb nach dem Duschen immer eine großzügige Schicht auf. Es empfiehlt sich außerdem, eine Tube in deiner Handtasche mitzunehmen, natürlich kannst du das Produkt auch immer auf deinen Händen oder Ellenbogen verwenden. Je öfter du das Produkt benutzt, desto mehr Ergebnis siehst du und desto weicher fühlt sich die Haut an. Die Haut besteht aus zwei Proteinen: Kollagen und Elastin, diese Proteine sind essenziell, um die Haut straff und jung zu halten. Der Verlust von Elastin führt zu einer schlaffen Haut, die dadurch an Elastizität verliert. Eine pflegende Bodylotion sorgt für ausreichend Elastizität und Feuchtigkeit. So bleibt die Haut jung und straff, außerdem kann die richtige Hautpflege Hautprobleme lösen.

Eine Bodylotion ist im Allgemeinen etwas dünnflüssiger als eine Bodycream. Mit der richtigen Bodylotion, passend zu deinem Hauttyp, beugst du Trockenheit und anderen Hautproblemen vor. Trage die Lotion auf Beine, Arme, Bauch und Hals auf. An Stellen, an denen schnell trockene Flecken entstehen, darfst du ruhig etwas mehr auftragen, das sind meist die Ellenbogen, Knie und Hände.
