Een goede look begint bij mooie, verzorgde lippen. Met een lipgloss kun je je lippen snel en gemakkelijk voorzien van een mooi kleurtje en een glans. Maar er zijn ook verschillende matte lipglossen die geen glanzende, maar matte finish hebben. Over het algemeen blijven matte lipproducten langer zitten dan producten met een glans. Daarom is een matte lipgloss erg geschikt voor wanneer je er zeker van wilt zijn dat de gloss de hele dag goed blijft zitten. Je brengt dit product aan met de applicator op je onder- en bovenlip en wrijft vervolgens beide lippen tegen elkaar aan om de gloss goed te verdelen. Je kunt eventueel ook gebruik maken van een lipliner om de lippen van te voren mee te omlijnen. Als je de lippen omlijnt zal je lipgloss of lipstick vaak langer blijven zitten. Hetzelfde geldt voor een lip primer, deze dient als basis voor onder je lip product en zorgt voor een long lasting finish. Een matte lipgloss zal je lippen wel wat sneller laten uitdrogen dan een lipgloss glitter. Ook zal je velletjes sneller zien zitten, daarom is het belangrijk om je lippen even te scrubben en om regelmatig een lippenbalsem aan te brengen.


De kleur


Je kunt de kleur van je matte lipgloss makkelijk afstemmen op de gelegenheid, maar je kunt ook kiezen voor een kleur die bij jouw haar- en huidskleur past. Bij een donkere huid zullen diepe chocoladekleuren mooi staan als je houdt van een subtiel effect, maar je kunt ook gaan voor een kleur als knalrood, oranje of roze. Bij een medium getinte huid staan rode kleuren met blauwe ondertoon erg mooi. Ook lichtroze lipgloss zal jouw huid complimenteren. Heb je een hele lichte huidskleur? Dan staan kleuren als nude en roze jou erg mooi, maar ook een donkerrode kleur zal jouw winterse look helemaal afmaken!
