Shipping time
If you place your order between Monday and Friday before 14:00 (CET), it will be shipped the same day.
Average delivery time within Europe: 3–8 business days.
Average delivery time outside Europe: 5–14 business days.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain value, depending on your country.

Tracking your order
You can find the current status of your order in your account. After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package.

Shipping method
Orders are shipped with DHL or a local delivery partner. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via email. Delivery times vary depending on destination.

If the delivery partner is unable to deliver your package on the first attempt, they will try again. If the second attempt fails, you will receive an email with instructions on how to collect your order from a nearby pickup point.

Delays during delivery
If your order has been shipped but you haven’t received it yet, please allow a few extra business days. In rare cases, international shipping can take longer than expected. If your order has not arrived within 14 days after dispatch, please contact our customer service. To help us assist you quickly, include your order number in your message.

Incorrect address/postal code/number provided
If you entered an incorrect address, house number or postal code and your order cannot be delivered or returned to us, you will unfortunately need to place and pay for the order again. If we receive the returned package later, we will of course refund the amount paid. If we need to resend the product to you, new shipping costs will apply. These must be paid first, after which the package will be sent again. This process may take several days up to three weeks.
