Mains sèches ? C'est un petit souci que beaucoup de gens rencontrent surtout en hiver. Mais le soleil peut aussi beaucoup dessécher ta peau, c'est pourquoi appliquer une crème pour les mains reste important toute l'année. Des mains sèches sont souvent le signe d'un manque d'hydratation dans le corps, bois donc assez d'eau chaque jour pour aider à apaiser tes mains sèches. Tu peux aussi adoucir tes mains en utilisant régulièrement une crème mains sèches. Tu peux également exfolier tes mains pour éliminer les cellules mortes, avec un gommage pour le corps ou un gommage spécial mains. N'exfolie pas trop souvent ni trop fort, cela pourrait abîmer la peau. Et après le gommage, n'oublie pas d'appliquer une lotion hydratante ou une crème mains sèches pour un soin supplémentaire. Une crème pour les mains prend aussi soin de tes ongles et de tes cuticules. Il existe aussi une crème mains pour hommes !

Crèmes pour les mains

Tes mains en voient de toutes les couleurs, elles sont constamment en contact avec toutes sortes de choses et méritent donc bien un peu plus d'attention. L'eau chaude et le savon dessèchent également la peau, et comme on part du principe que tu te laves les mains régulièrement, elles ont tendance à devenir très sèches. Applique donc de préférence une crème après chaque lavage de mains. La plupart des crèmes pour les mains sont conditionnées dans des tubes compacts, faciles à emporter dans ton sac à main ! Surtout en automne et en hiver, quand le temps se rafraîchit, le soin des mains devient essentiel. Le temps a en effet un grand impact sur la peau. Quand tes mains sont mouillées pendant les tâches ménagères ou sous la douche, elles se dessèchent encore plus.
