Returns

Not satisfied with your purchased product? If you would like to return your order or part of it, this is of course possible.

Note: For reasons of health protection and hygiene, products whose seal has been broken after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal as of June 13, 2014.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 60 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has physically received the goods.

You must return or hand over the goods to us as soon as possible – but no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw. You are on time if we have received the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Products should, if reasonably possible, be returned in the same condition in which you received them. We kindly ask you to handle the products and packaging with care in the meantime.

Note: If your order was delivered damaged, please report this to help@blisso.com within 3 days of receipt.

Return Conditions:
- You will receive a full refund including any original shipping costs (unless only part of the order is returned).
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return.
- If products are damaged or used beyond what is necessary to evaluate them, we may deduct a depreciation in value.
- Products that do not meet our return policy (such as broken seals) will not be accepted and will only be returned to you after a €3.95 administration and shipping fee is paid.

Warranty:
All products are covered by the legal warranty. This means that a product must do what a consumer can reasonably expect it to do.

You can register your return through our returns portal. Enter your email address and order number to start your return easily. You will receive a free return label and further instructions by email.
