Talc makes your skin matte, but actually causes your skin to produce more sebum (oil), which makes your skin look shiny.

Use the powder over your foundation and concealer to keep everything perfectly in place. Apply the powder with a large, round powder brush so that you do not wipe away the foundation you have applied.
